The digital work piles up. Nobody has time for it.

Enquiries go missing.
A customer writes through the website. Nobody sees it until three days later.

You don’t know which ads work.
The money goes out. What comes back in is a guess.

Nobody dares touch the website.
The person who built it is gone. Now everyone is afraid of breaking something.

Booking and payments are held together with tape.
The systems don’t talk to each other. So someone moves things by hand.

The list just keeps growing.
Everyone knows there are digital things to fix. Nobody owns them.
Three steps. That’s all.
1We connect to your setup
You give access to the systems you want us to work in. Within one working day you have your own task board in our project tool.
2You send tasks
Write a message, record a voice note, record your screen or send a screenshot. A problem or half an idea is enough. I turn it into an agreed task.
Almost anything digital
Website
Landing pages
CRM
Automation
Tracking
Integrations
Internal tools
AI
Bug fixes
Hosting and monitoring
3We deliver one at a time
You approve the plan before I start, and you test before it goes live. Then the next one starts.
What a digital department looks like in practice.
Not one project. A long line of tasks, solved one at a time, month after month.
“Kaan has taken my webshop to a whole new level.”

116 used trucks translated from German and listed with Danish copy, specs and images
Every form lands in the CRM with a follow-up task for the managing director
Calls are tracked and recordings saved on the customer in the CRM
Google Ads and the product feed taken over and brought into one place
Meta catalogues split into new and used trucks
Automations moved to their own stable server
“…how many searches, entries and who knows what else this is going to save me. Excellent work. Thank you.”
“…we have found a stable and satisfying customer flow, which MONDAYBREW has secured for us.”
One person. That’s the whole point.
I’m Kaan, and I founded mondaybrew. I do the work on your tasks myself. No juniors and no project managers in between. You talk to the person doing the work.
And if you stop? What I build lives in your own accounts and systems, or gets moved over to you. You are never locked in to me.
What do you get for DKK 9,995 a month?
Hours run out. A queue doesn’t.

No lock-in.
You pay one month at a time. Cancel before the next payment, and it stops there.

You own everything.
What I build lives in your own accounts and systems. If you stop, you take all of it with you.

75% back within 14 days.
If you stop within 14 days of your first payment, you get 75% of the first month back. Applies once per company.

No hourly rate.
One fixed price per month. No hours to count and no surprises on the invoice.
And if the result isn’t right? Then I fix it until it works as in the approved plan.
What people ask.
How do we get started?
Once the terms are accepted and the first month is paid, you get a shared task board and send your first task there. You don’t need to write a finished specification. Describe the problem, or send the material you have; I ask in the task if I need anything. All communication about tasks happens on the board, not by phone or email. If a call is easier than writing back and forth, we arrange it on the board.
What can we send?
Tasks on your website, CRM, tracking, integrations, automation and AI are typical examples. I review each task and agree with you on what will be delivered before I start. I decide whether a task belongs in the subscription, and you get the answer before work starts.
What is not included?
The subscription covers tasks: something that is built, fixed or set up and is then done. Ongoing operations are not included. That means ad management, content and social media posts, customer service and bookkeeping. Those can be bought separately. Ad spend, licences, hosting and usage of AI and other services are paid by you, either directly on your own accounts or through me.
How many tasks can we send?
As many as you want. One task is in progress at a time, while the rest wait on the board. You decide the order of the waiting tasks; the new priority applies once the active task is done.
What counts as one task?
One defined thing that can be delivered. For example "new landing page for the campaign" or "send new leads from the form to the CRM". If something is big, I split it into smaller tasks, so you get something finished quickly. Splitting a big project up does not make it subscription work: a new website or webshop still gets its own fixed price.
When do we get a separate quote?
When a task is too large or too risky for the subscription. That always applies to entirely new platforms such as a new website, a new webshop or a switch of CRM. I tell you once I have reviewed the task, and I give you a fixed price before any separate work begins. Landing pages and work in your existing systems fall under the subscription as a rule.
Can we use the subscription for several companies?
No. One subscription covers one company and its own systems. It cannot be used for tasks for your customers or for other companies. If you have several companies or brands, we agree on that before we start.
What if a task stalls because we haven’t sent something?
I write in the task what I’m missing. If I can’t move on without an answer or access from you, I mark it as blocked and take the next task that is ready. The blocked task can continue once you have sent what is needed.
What access do we need to give you?
Technical access to the systems the task requires. That can be admin access, an API key or access to hosting and SSH, for example for a WordPress site. A regular editor user is usually not enough, because much of the work happens directly in the systems. I write what I need and why. If access is missing, I mark the task as blocked and take the next one. If it can’t be given, I can’t take the task.
What if our system can’t be connected?
I look into what options the system actually offers. Some tasks can be solved through regular admin access, while others need an integration or a specific licence. If there is no workable way in, I say so and suggest the next option.
How fast is it?
Within one working day I confirm that I have seen a new task and am looking at it. That is a confirmation, not a delivery time. Once I understand the task, you get an estimate before work starts. The estimate is an expected time, not a guarantee, and depends on the task and on whether access and information are in place.
What if we want to change something you delivered?
You test the task before it goes live. If something doesn’t work as in the approved plan, I fix it in the same task at no extra cost. New requests or changes to the plan become a new task on the board.
What if something is urgent?
You can put the task at the top of the queue. I finish the task I’m working on before I start the next one. So the subscription has no guarantee of urgent help.
What if we have no tasks one month?
The subscription continues for the paid month, even if the board is empty. You can cancel it before the next payment if there is nothing more you want done.
What happens if we cancel?
If you cancel before the next payment, the subscription runs to the end of the paid month, and I keep working until then. A month that has started is not refunded, except under the guarantee. You keep what I have made, your accounts and systems, and an export of the board.
How does the guarantee work?
If you stop within 14 days of your first payment, you get 75% of the first month’s price back. You don’t need to give a reason, and you keep what has already been delivered. Write it on the board or to kc@mondaybrew.dk; work stops when you have asked for it. The guarantee applies only to the first payment and once per company. If your first task needs a separate quote, and I have not yet started work under the subscription, you get the full payment back.
Do you use AI in the work?
Yes, in most of it. That is why a digital department can cost DKK 9,995 a month. I plan the task, AI does much of the work directly in your systems, and I review the result before you test it. I stand behind what I deliver. It also means that content from your systems is processed by the AI services I use.
Who actually does the work?
I do. I’m Kaan, and I founded mondaybrew. No juniors and no project managers in between. You talk to the person doing the work.
Start with one real task.
Write what you would send first. Then book 15 minutes where we go through it together.
- DKK 9,995/mo excl. VAT
- No lock-in. Cancel month to month.
- Stop within 14 days, and you get 75% back.
